First Step: Inquiry

Once you've reviewed our page, portfolio and information, you are able to submit an inquiry for booking! This is a generic contact form where you can provide as much or as little information as you'd like to set up a meeting with us. This is your first official step for booking our services!

 

Second Step: Pre-Wedding Consultation

After step one, we review your inquiry and begin the next part of the process. This is where we meet with the couple, either in person or over the phone, to discuss their vision, preferences, and any specific shots they want. We discuss what date you've chosen, what venue you're looking at and any other details that help us visual your day! During this process we also review what packages we offer and our pricing.

Third Step: The Booking Process

Once you've decided if you'll proceed, together we will sign a contract and invoice as well as have you pay a deposit to secure our services for your wedding date. If part of the package, an engagement session will be scheduled before the wedding day. Closer to the wedding date, Endor Studios will request additional information such as a timeline, shot list, and venue details to ensure smooth coverage.

Fourth Step: Take a Deep Breath!

Once you have officially booked our services, it is now one less thing on your 'to-do' list for your big day! Along the way, we offer a multitude of services to help make sure your day runs smoothly. We offer complimentary consultations to discuss your goals, visions, and wedding details. We also provide guidance on creating a shot list to ensure all important moments and requested photos are captured. During this time, we will also coordinate with other vendors such as wedding planners, caterers, and venue staff to ensure seamless coordination on the wedding day. At Endor, we maintain open communication throughout the entire planning process by providing updates, reminders, and answering any questions or concerns you or your family may have.
